- - - PUB CRAWL AND RIDE DAY - - -
We are going to be riding at Riverside Ski Park this Saturday, followed by a pubcrawl afterwards.
Riding
We are leaving Sydney at 9am, returning by 5PM. There are LIMITED SEATS available in the boat for this day so we can make it back in time to kick start the PUB CRAWL (see details below)! Send Dan a text on 0409 965 137 to book your spot.
Pub Crawl
This will kick off at 7PM at BAR BROADWAY UNTIL 8PM. We will wind our way up George St via Side Bar @ wake up, The Great Southern Hotel, Paddy Maguires, Bar Century and 3 Wise Monkeys.
There is no fixed time line because we never stick to it anyways! so make sure you meet us at BAR BROADWAY BY 8PM.

- - - NEW MEMBERS WEEKEND (IN 4 DAYS - 6th/7th March)!! - - -
Our new members weekend is fast approaching and spots are filling fast. To reserve your spot in the cabins visit us TOMORROW (3rd March) on campus outside the front of Fisher Library.
Our boat has been there all week but tomorrow we will have committee members manning the boat and taking deposits ($20) for the weekend. Even if you can't make it on the weekend call in and say hello, bring your Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness Membership card and sign up to our club. We've extended our membership drive introductory price of $10 for Students for Week 1 only.
Also make sure you sign up to our mailing list and join our group on Facebook to find out all the latest info on when we are riding so you can figure out when to come along.
The mailing list was down for a few days but is up and working now. Expect to see an email from us about this awesome weekend this afternoon!

Come and sign up to our club at O-Week. We are located in the Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness stalls on Eastern Ave and if you're down near the co-op bookshop check out our awesome boat!!
It is only $10 to sign up in O-Week (usually $20) so call in and say hello. Meet some of the awesome committee members who can answer any questions you might have.

- - - O-WEEKEND (6th/7th March)- - -
Our first event for the year is our annual "O-Weekend". This is where we get as many new Sydney Uni members and also some first time boarders and have a weekend of fun, under the sun, down at the river.
This year we have booked some cabins at Cliftonville Ski Lodge on the Hawkesbury River near Wiseman's Ferry. It's an awesome location and the perfect place to kick off a Semester of wakeboarding and waterskiing. Don't worry about the details below, just dive in head first, sign up and we promise you'll have an awesome time.

Depart: 7PM 5th March 2010, from Sydney Uni (Fisher Library).
Return: 5PM 7th March 2010, to Sydney Uni (Fisher Library).
Includes: * Transport to and from Sydney Uni * Accommodation in quality cabins * Food - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (Saturday), Breakfast and Lunch (Sunday) and * 1x 15min Ride *
Cost: $99 + $20 bond.

Unfortunately the day before O-Week (our busiest time of the year) our newly updated website crashed and wasn't backed up. So we have our old site up at the moment. Most things are still relevant although some pricing may have changed.
As we work frantically to fix this up we have listed the new pricing structure below.
***FULL MEMBERSHIP***
Student: $75 ($55 SUSPORT Membership + $20 Club Membership)
Non-Student: $95 ($55 SUSPORT Membership + $40 Club Membership)
***TRIAL MEMBERSHIP (ONE-DAY)***
We are taking one day trial memberships this year to give beginners even more incentive to join the club.
One Day Membership: $55 (includes 1x $20 ride)
Upgrade to Full Membership: $65 (also includes 1x $20 ride)
***RIDING COSTS***
Other than membership the only other thing you will need to pay for is your riding time behind the boat. This is by far the cheapest you can get in Sydney and so you'd be crazy not to come along.
15 minute ride: $20 (to pay for fuel and boat maintenance)
