What a massive month it’s been at USYDWAKE! A chicks only weekend with World Champ Courtney Angus, our Wakesurf launch party and coaching at Black Diamond Wakeboarding School with Scotty Kell! It has been epic and the fun is set to continue

Ride Day – Sunday 26th February

This Sunday we will be holding yet another ride day out on the beautiful Hawkesbury River. Whether you’re a first timer, a seasoned pro or somewhere in between – Get in touch today and join us on the water! 

WHERE? Cliftonville Ski Park
WHEN? Sunday 26 Feb, 9:00am-3pm
HOW MUCH?

  • RIDES are $25 per 15 mins for community members and $20 for students members. If you are new to the club, please contact the boat captain to find out how to join or check out usydwake.com/membership for more info.
  • Park entry is $6 per person. Please stop at the kiosk before entering the park to pay your entry.
  • Lifts and carpooling can usually be arranged upon request for those without their own transport. We ask that you contribute $10 to your driver to help cover the cost of fuel and tolls.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Swimmers
  • Towels
  • A change of warm clothes
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Camera/Go Pro
  • Lunch (also available for purchase at the Cafe)
  • Cash for rides, membership and food from the cafe (Sorry, no ATM or card facilities available)

O-Week Stall Volunteers Needed

Every year the club has a stall at O-Week to advertise to new students. We are currently seeking volunteers to represent our club.

Score yourself a free ride behind our boat for volunteering to share your love of wake with other students. If you have some free time during this period, Tim would love to hear from you!

When: March 1-3, 9am-4pm
Where: Sydney Uni Camperdown Campus
